About Andy Tefertiller

With a lifelong foundation in real estate and construction, I bring decades of expertise to every transaction. My journey began as a kid working in the field at my father’s design-build commercial construction company. It was during this time that I developed a deep appreciation for construction, inspiring me to earn a degree in construction from Oklahoma State University.

At 25, I embarked on a 38-year career with a Fortune 50 company as a manager and project engineer, successfully completing major construction projects and honing my skills in project execution. My career expanded to include environmental roles, which broadened my expertise and enriched my perspective, both within and beyond the corporate world.

Alongside my corporate career, I nurtured an appetite for land development. My love for the water and lake life led me to purchase a large lakeside tract, where I gained the knowledge and determination to bring an exceptional subdivision to life. The path to land development wasn’t always easy, but it provided a profound sense of accomplishment and further deepened my understanding of real estate.

Throughout my journey, I’ve remained passionate about real estate—an asset that has consistently appreciated over time. As the saying goes, they’re not making any more of it. Whether developing land, constructing new buildings, remodeling homes, or buying and selling property, I have been involved in nearly every aspect of real estate and hold it for personal use and investment.

Since 2017, I’ve been fortunate to partner with my daughter as part of a father-daughter real estate team.
